Welcome to Freelocity (https://freelocity.pro). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform. By using Freelocity, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1. Platform Overview

Freelocity is a freelance marketplace designed to connect freelancers with buyers of services. We provide a digital space where users can create service listings, apply for projects, and manage orders. Freelocity acts solely as a platform — we are not a party to contracts or deliverables between freelancers and buyers.

2. User Roles and Responsibilities

Freelancers:

• May create service listings (also known as “gigs”) based on their subscription plan.
• Must provide accurate service descriptions and deliverables on time.
• Are responsible for the quality and completion of work.
• Agree to a 20% platform fee deducted from completed transactions.

Buyers:

• May post project requests and purchase services offered by freelancers.
• Are expected to communicate clearly and respond within reasonable timeframes.
• Agree to a 10% service fee per order, added during checkout.

All users must maintain respectful communication. Abusive language or harassment may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Requirements

To use Freelocity, users must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their country.
• Provide accurate registration information.
• Keep account credentials confidential.

Freelocity reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

4. Payments and Fees

Freelocity securely processes payments through third-party providers. Platform fees are:

• 20% commission from freelancers
• 10% service fee from buyers

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Users agree that Freelocity may withhold fees before releasing payments.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are only allowed before an order is marked as delivered. If a refund or cancellation request is made after delivery, Freelocity’s team will investigate the communication and deliverables and make a final decision based on available evidence.

Funds remain in Freelocity’s secure system until the order is completed or a dispute is resolved. Freelocity holds the right to issue refunds in favor of either party based on our internal assessment.

6. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their original content and deliverables. However, by uploading content to Freelocity, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for platform operations and promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Freelocity is not responsible for:

• Any disputes between users
• Delays, non-performance, or quality of work
• Loss of data or financial loss due to user negligence

We provide the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Freelocity after changes means you accept the new Terms.
