1. Platform Disclaimer

Freelocity is a neutral marketplace that enables freelancers and buyers to connect and collaborate. We are not a party to any contract created between users, nor do we control the work quality, timelines, or deliverables. We are not responsible for disputes or issues arising between users, though we provide tools to assist with resolution.

We act solely as an intermediary and charge a platform fee to maintain and improve our services. These fees are:

20% commission from freelancers on completed and paid work.
10% service fee from buyers per transaction.

By using Freelocity, you acknowledge that you are entering into agreements directly with other users and not with Freelocity itself.

User profile information (skills, services, portfolio, etc.)
Payment and billing details (via secure third-party processors)

All buyer payments remain securely held by the Freelocity platform until the order is completed or a resolution is reached. We reserve the right to make the final determination on all disputes after careful investigation.
